Copier Field Service Technician

- $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
We are seeking an experienced Copier Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair multifunction copiers and printers at customer locations throughout Southern California.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair multifunction copiers and printers at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues.
- Install, configure, and test office equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair findings.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and repairing office copiers and multifunction printers.
- Experience with Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, or similar copier brands preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
- Must have basic technician tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
