We stand behind the equipment we sell with practical warranty terms, replacement support, and a straightforward process when service issues come up.
1-Year Warranty on All Copiers
Prestige Office Solutions warrants the main unit to be free from major malfunction for 1 year from the day of purchase.
This includes non-consumable parts such as control panels, circuit boards, the main motor, main logic, sorter/finisher, document feeder, and other boards contained within the main copier unit, including interfaces and accessories.
Replacement components are shipped as needed. Consumable or normal wear items are not covered under this warranty.
30 Day or 5,000 Copies/Print 100% Parts and Labor Warranty
For all copiers and printers, Prestige Office Solutions warrants all parts within the copier to be free of defects for 30 days from the day of delivery.
Any components damaged or not received must be reported at delivery or within 24 hours of delivery.
Unless approved in advance by Prestige Office Solutions, all parts and labor covered under this warranty must be supplied by Prestige Office Solutions or purchased through an approved vendor. Machine computer and network installation is not covered.

Important
Warranty will be void if:
- The copier is damaged as a result of the buyer moving the copier. We recommend contacting us if you need moving services.
- The copier is damaged as a result of customer abuse or misuse.
- The copier is not properly connected to a surge protection device sized to support the copier’s power requirements.
- Water damage occurs.
