How much does supplies shipping cost?
Shipping is $12.99 for one supply item, $16.99 for two, $20.99 for three, and $24.99 for four or more. After the fourth item, additional supplies do not increase your supplies shipping charge.
How much does shipping cost when I buy a copier?
Copier purchase shipping is $199 for one copier, $299 for two, and $399 for three or more. Each copier added after the third ships at no additional shipping cost.
When do additional items ship at no extra cost?
For supplies, every item after the fourth adds no shipping cost, with supplies shipping capped at $24.99. For copier purchases, every copier after the third adds no shipping cost, with copier shipping capped at $399.
The applicable capped shipping charge still applies.
What if I order supplies and copiers together?
Supplies shipping and copier purchase shipping are calculated separately, then added together. One supply item and one copier have a combined shipping charge of $211.99: $12.99 for supplies plus $199 for the copier.
For four or more supply items and three or more copiers, the combined shipping charge is capped at $423.99 under our standard rates.
