Regions Served

We ship within the United States. Copier freight is available at a flat rate nationwide. Shipping availability and charges for supplies are shown at checkout.

Copiers and Printers

Copiers, multifunction printers, and other large equipment ship by freight carrier.

A flat $199 freight charge applies to copier and printer orders anywhere in the United States. The customer is responsible for this freight charge unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Freight delivery may require carrier scheduling or a delivery appointment. Customers should make sure the delivery location can safely receive a large, heavy machine. Inside delivery, installation, and special handling are not included unless specifically quoted and agreed to in advance.

Copier orders may require additional preparation and freight scheduling before shipment. Any product-specific lead time or delivery estimate shown on the product page or provided in a quote takes precedence.

Toner, Waste Bottles, and Other Supplies

Toner, waste bottles, and other supplies ship using standard delivery services. These items have their own shipping calculation, which is based on the products and delivery address. Available delivery methods and charges are displayed at checkout.

Supplies generally follow standard processing and delivery timelines. Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

Freight Delivery and Damage Claims

Please inspect the freight shipment and packaging when it arrives. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the packaging and equipment.

If damage is discovered after delivery, retain all original packaging and contact Prestige Office Solutions as soon as possible with photos, order details, and delivery documentation. We will work with the carrier to document and resolve the claim.

Failure to record visible damage at delivery may affect the carrier claim process.
